Cladodes of prickly pears from organic cultivation, dehydrated and ground in the 500/800 micron format. The cladodes used have an age that varies between 2 and 3 years. OpuntiaFood is a nutritional ingredient to be added to formulations with traditional flours for all baked preparations such as pasta, bread, pizza and desserts.
